How do I become an Exhibitor?
Complete the “Register your Interest” form under the Exhibitors tab and we will be in touch with the next steps.

How do I exhibit again if I was apart of the previous show?
Renewal packs were sent to all previous Exhibitors and deadlines did close on 31st May to renew your space.  If you have yet to renew and would like to, please contact us directly on 03 9690 7022 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

What are the costs of Exhibiting at the ITTES?
We have large array of packages available ranging from indoor to outdoor and shell schemes to space only sites.
All prices are listed in the “Information You Need” section under the Exhibitors tab.

What’s the difference between a Shell Scheme and Space Only stand?
Shell scheme stands come with 3 walls, power, lighting, carpet and a front fascia with your company’s name.

A space only stand is space only.  Power, lighting and anything else you require is at an additional cost.  Space only stands are generally for custom- built stands

What if I want a different space than I had at the previous event?
If you are a current exhibitor from our previous show firstly you need renew your current space.  Once we have all our booking forms we will endeavour to fulfill your request, subject to availability.

Will there be parking available for Exhibitors?
There will be limited exhibitor parking available on-site at the Melbourne Showgrounds and additional parking available at the Flemington Racecourse. Parking information will be available closer to the show.

How many exhibitor badges will I receive?
You will receive an allocated amount of exhibitor passes that are included in your package based on your stand size. These will be distributed closer to the show.

When are my bump in and bump out times?
A detailed schedule will be released closer to the show.  It is imperative that all bump in and bump out times are strictly adhered to.  If you are unable to bump in or out at your allocated time, please contact us urgently on (03) 9690 7022 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Do I need insurance?
Each exhibitor must ensure that they have Public Liability Cover (not less than $10,000,000) for the period between 7a.m. March 12th to 7 p.m. March 19th 2012 and must provide a Certificate of Currency endorsing and noting the interest of the event organisers, Transport Marketing Australia Pty.Ltd. 11-15 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205, Australia (ABN 66441 332 844), for the said period. The insurance cover must also include liability for Personal Injury as well as Damage to property. 
The exhibitor should also carry extended and adequate insurance coverage against personal injury, equipment/property damage due to theft, fire, etc.

How do I nominate my stand for an exhibition award?
Unfortunately you can’t nominate yourself or any other stand for an exhibition award.  Each stand will be judged and nominated by an independent judging panel on the first day of the show.  Winners will be announced at the Gala Expo Awards Ball at Flemington Racecourse on Saturday 17th March.  Tickets to the Gala Ball can be purchased by contacting us on (03) 9690 7022 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
