What are the costs of Exhibiting at the ITTES?
We have large array of packages available ranging from indoor to outdoor and shell schemes to space only sites.

What’s the difference between a "Shell Scheme" and "Space Only stand"?
A Shell Scheme stand is a booth set-up with three walls, basic power & lighting, carpet and a front fascia with your company’s name.
Space only packages should be purchased with the intent to build a custom stand. No flooring, power, lighting or furniture is provided. At a minimum, exhibitors purchasing a space only package must lay carpet or raised floor.
Will there be parking available for Exhibitors?
There will be limited on-site discounted parking rates for exhibitors for $10.00 a day at the Melbourne Showgrounds.
When are my Bump In and Bump out times?
A detailed schedule will be released closer to the show. It is imperative that all Bump In and Bump Out times are strictly adhered to. If you are unable to bump in or out at your allocated time, please contact us urgently on (03) 9690 7022 or hannah.ryan@cogadvertising.com.au
Do I need insurance?
Each exhibitor must ensure that they have Public Liability Cover (not less than $10,000,000) for the period between 7a.m. April 27th to 7 p.m. May 11th 2016 and must provide a Certificate of Currency endorsing and noting the interest of the event organisers, Transport Marketing Australia Pty.Ltd. 11-15 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205, Australia (ABN 66441 332 844), for the said period. The insurance cover must also include liability for personal injury as well as damage to property.
